Cramps and no period

It's around the time of my period and I wasn't having any signs of a period so me and my so had sex and it started to hurt so I made him stop and when I stood up I started having severe cramps and the usual sharp pains that come with me cramps but these were worse. Worse than usual and now I'm really sore in the area it was hurting me and I am still not bleeding and my boobs aren't sore like usual. This has never happened to me so if anybody can help that would help me a lot
