I'm 13 weeks today and was wondering if it was okay to to sit in the pool?

Lol I just came from the lake. I love swimming. I feel great in water.

Absolutely! It's actually a recommended way of exercise for pregnant woman. It helps take the weight off of your back and knees. I'm 32 weeks and I would LOVE  to go swimming right now for some relief. No hot tubs though
