Baby shower advice?!?

I am expecting my second child! I'm not sure what the expectations/etiquette are for a shower for a second child. Any advice or thought are welcomed! Thank you!

We have showers for every baby that comes into our family. Regardless of what number or gender it is for whoever is pregnant.

It's another celebration of life! I'd say go for it:) I did. And my babies are only going to be 11 mo apart. We had a diaper shower- wipes, changing table nessesitys.

You could do a "sprinkle" if you don't need a lot of big items! I see baby showers as ways to celebrate the upcoming family member! You should definitely do something to celebrate! Here's an example of invitation wording!

I wanted to throw a second shower for my friend but she insisted that she feels rude to have a second shower. She won't even have a sprinkle, lol. It's entirely up to you. People do whatever nowadays. Some still have a full on shower because every child deserves to be celebrated. Some decide to skip since they have most baby items already, unless it's for a different gender. Congratulations!
