Polycysitic ovarian syndrome

I've always had issues with painful periods and ten years ago had a few cysts burst(the worst pain ever) since then ive been off BC. Layely ive noticed im having period 2x a month, breast tenderness all month, and weight gain. I need to get ultrasound but does anyone have PCOS that has had similiar symptoms? Im nervous i may have new cyst and do not want to go through burst again
