Spotting in early pregnancy

I'm 3 +6 weeks from 10dpo I had pink cm assuming it was IB well stoped for a day come back 12dpo now 14dpo I have the tiniest pink when I wipe sometimes , mostly after BM no cramping , just slight back ache but had that since ov . I have second bloods to be done tomorrow , just trying to calm my nerves :-/
