Having another baby.

I want to add this anonymously because I know people on here and really don't want this getting around until we have made our decision. My SO and I had our first baby last year, he'll be a year old this summer. Lately, I've been wanting to have another baby. My SO doesn't really care if we have another. We are both over the age of 18 and are attending college. What would you all suggest?
