I havnt had one yet super scared how is it?? What if i have something .. How embarrassing😔 girls Help!

Best advice I was given was by my doctor at my first Pap smear. Make your hands into fists and place them under your lower back/butt, so you are slightly elevated. Honestly, I could barely feel it. And just relax, it doesn't hurt, it can just be a little uncomfortable.

I literally just had my first one 2 days ago. Honestly I was very nervous but it's not that bad and just be completely honest with your doctor. They are there to help and support you.
