Having dizzy spells on my cycle...Really concerned...

Drink plenty of water. You're loosing blood so stay hydrated and eat. Mentrual cycles throw off the whole body so I wouldn't worry too much but drink lots of water and try a tiny bit of caffeine.

Happens to me too. Take iron suppliements to make up the iron that you're losing through your blood. Iron carries oxygen around your blood so you may be iron deficient, therefore not getting enough oxygen around your body and making you dizzy.

Well that's why I get dizzy, I pass out too on my period. Iron + water = Magical!!

If I'm bleeding heavy, like I did yesterday. I get dizzy and about to pass out. You can be anemic, on your period. I would see a doctor, if this is unusual for you.

This is usually blood pressure related.  Can also be pain induced.  Important to see a doc who will do thorough blood work to look at your blood counts and nutritional levels.
