Breast feeding choice

So, I am 33 weeks with my 2nd baby. I didn't breast feed my first. My boyfriend has very strong feelings about me breast feeding this one. My only cause for concern is that I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease after my last pregnancy. Not only do I have a autoimmune deficiency, but my medication does state that there are risks because there is something that gets secreted through breast milk. This is not a medication I cannot stop using or else I have a issue with flare up. Now I definitely do not feel comfortable doing it. I am going to speak to my gyno and GI doctor about it but I think he thinks I'm tryin to make up excuses. I don't really want to breast feed but I appreciate him being very pro about it but I have a health concern now.
