I need to lose weight

Any BF moms out there find a plan that works well for them to help lose weight while breastfeeding? My supply is wonderful and my baby is 5mo old...it's time to get back in shape. But every program I've tried leaves me unsatisfied and hungry. Anyone have a plan that works well for BF?
