Freaking Out

Virgin, tried sex today, he wore a condom, and I only let him put it in me a few times it hurt and I was sitting in his lap...absolutely Terrified being pregnant also no birth control... I'm having panic attacks now and no tears or breaks in condom either... plzzz tell me if I'm okay!!!???
