I say no it doesn't, as long as you're 2 consenting adults and really like each other then to hell with the age difference I'm 22 and I'm dating a 34yr old =)

I don't think age difference matters, but I do think maturity, place in life, and what your relationship goals are do. I don't think people who are in college or starting careers should date highschoolers. I don't think a woman who is looking to settle down should date someone in their party stage.
