Anyone starting to break out in their 3rd trimester?

I've had clear & "glowy" skin up until my third trimester and I just can't seem to find the culprit of these breakouts! I guess 3rd trimester pregnancy  hormones are to blame...
  
Anyone else in the same boat?

It was opposite for me. When stressed I get bad break outs. 
Now my skin is the prettiest. But I have given myself a facial recently using bentonite clay. Love that stuff! Also I am constantly washing my face everyday throughout the day.

I had horrible acne at the end of my second trimester so I did some research and I found organic apple cider vinegar is the best. I started with a 3:1 ratio (3 tbsp warm water to 1 tbsp ACV) and then worked up to a 1:1 ratio after about 10 days. I still use a 1:1 ratio. I apply the mixture with a cotton pad and after it dries, I apply organic grape seed oil or coconut oil to my face. My pores are tiny and I've had people tell me that my skin looks like porcelain! It's amazing!
