Can anyone tell me how Braxton Hicks feel like? I've been having some type of cramp but I'm not sure if what I'm feeling are Braxton hicks or some other type of cramp? I am 22 weeks

Charlie horse. Mine started at the bottom of my ribs and worked their way down my belly. The pain intensity isn't the same for everyone but for me I couldn't even stand up it made me weak in the knees
