Anyone else had there ultrasound come back abnormal?

I went in for my ultrasound at 18 weeks and they called me a couple days later and told me that the babies femur to head ratio was not measuring right and they want me to come back in for another ultrasound at 22 weeks. This is my 4th baby and I have never had this happen before. I don't know what to think.
