Bedtime?

When do you put your baby down for bed at night? I have a 7 week old and we do around  8 but wondering if we should do earlier ?

My baby is a few days shy of 6 weeks. I put him in the bed between 8:30-9:00. He wakes up around 1:30, and then around 7:30.

how do you guys put your babies to sleep? What's your routine?

Lol now I feel like a bad parent. I put him down anywhere from 930-11. My thing is trying to keep him awake 2 hours before his last feeding so that he'll sleep longer. So if he eats at 8, I keep him up until 10 then put him to bed. He sleeps 4-5hr that way

I just go with what she is telling me. I don't have an exact set time in mind but an approximate time. We usually start getting ready for bed around 8-8:30 (diaper change, bed time stories, nursing, rocking) and she is usually sleeping by 9-9:30!

I put my almost 7 week old to bed anywhere from 8-9 as well. I just noticed that she started getting tired around that time and went with it. I start getting her ready for bed at 7...she can be a marathon eater haha. I don't think earlier is necessary.
