Plan B Question

Last night our condom broke, so we rushed to the store to get plan b. I had no side effects but around 3am less than 24 hrs after I took the pill. I am bleeding vaginally, is this spotting, or early period ? It's not due for another 2 weeks. I've never done plan B before and I don't know how much blood is considered spotting. Should I be worried?
