Postpartum Weight Problems.
I had just lost a lot of weight right before getting pregnant..then i had gained 30-35 lbs during my pregnancy and now 6 weeks later have only lost around 10 lbs. At first i had lost 20 lbs but after a few weeks i had started gaining and gaining. I didny even notice because people kept on telling ne how great i looked. But then i noticed that i could only fit into two of my jeans...the extremely stretchy kind. They were really tight too...and were turning my lower tummy purple. Lol im a pear shaped woman btw and ive always had a problem keeping my lower body in shape and now its out of control. My husbands whole butt is the size of one of my butt cheeks and i feel horrible. No wonder he hadnt been wanting to have sex with me...and even whenever he cant hold it any longer he cant bare to look at me. He even grabs my thighs or stomach sometimes now and jiggles the fat. And then makes a face...like discusting. I know i just had a baby and he knows that too. He has never compained or made any remarks. But im really unhappy with my weight gain. And today i excercised a little bit and can hardly walk now..my legs are all shakey. Im planning on starting to excercise a few times a week now. Atleast a couple lunges a day if nothing else. Anybody else gaining weight instead of losing weight after having your little one? And what are you doing to turn ourself around? Would love some motivation or success stories.
