TMI normal for 5 wks 3 days pregnant.?

So I am 5 wks 3 days into my pregnancy I have had so mild cramping and spotting is this normal. Color and amount or should I worry history of miscarriage.

I spotted when I was 6 weeks along and had a healthy pregnancy. It's just from increased blood flow/supply.
