Why don't I get enough while pumping?

My little one is two months now, I know I have enough milk because he is gaining weight perfectly & never had to supplement. But I could never get enough while pumping, advice please

You should be drinking half your body weight (lbs) in ounces of water each day. I also take fenugreek each morning and evening. Even with doing these things I was unable to get enough each day at work to get through the next day. I added in oatmeal for breakfast and one snack each day and that helped a lot too.

What is "enough" to you and when are you pumping? Getting only an oz or even less is normal. You need to drink a ton of water during the day. More than you think you will ever need. That helps a lot. Find a good consistent time to pump. For me, I put him down between 8-8:30. He sleeps anywhere from 5-10 hours (I love those great long stretches). I pump at 11pm and get a very good output. Water water and more water, and a decent and consistent pumping schedule
