Question about your body before your BFP?

Hello, anyone pregnant or even who have been pregnant. What did your stomach, uterus feel like I'm the very beginning? Right before that BFP.

Normal. I felt exhausted like I was coming down with a cold, but my stomach and uterus did not feel different.

I felt very very very sleepy all the time, i was irritable, my boobs hurt on and off, nausea, headache but i have chronic migraines so didnt think much of it, had af like cramps, lower back pain, my belly felt like tingly all the time felt cold also maybe because i worked in a sort of cold ish enviornment and it was winter lol it just felt very sensitive i couldnt sleep on my belly either. i got what i thought was a period i needed a pad for about 2 or 3 days it wasnt soaked but enough to need one.

I had period like cramps up to a week after AF was due so I didn't rest until then just assuming AF must be coming but it wasnt!

I had period like cramps off and on my entire two week wait up until I was about 5 weeks pregnant.
