Feeling movement?

I am 9 weeks pregnant today. Is it possible I'm feeling the baby move a bit? I have crohns/ulcerative colitis so I'm well aware of what gas, digestion, and whatever feels like. This is not my first pregnancy.

This is my second baby and I can feel it and I'm 10 weeks. I started feeling it around 8-9 weeks

The baby is too small to fell at 8-10 weeks. You don't feel the baby move until your second trimester. You're either experiencing gas, or it could be your uterus.
