Using Vicks?

So I'm new to this. I have a stuffy nose and I'm struggling to sleep because I can't breath. I'm pregnant and I'm wondering if it's okay to use Vicks?

I've started using it under my nose and in my chest. I can't breathe at night and I'm only barely 8 weeks

I used Vicks but I put it on the top of my PJ's instead of straight on the skin.  Did the same job.
