I found out 2-3weeks ago I was pregnant ! A week ago I started bleeding not too heavy . I then got a negative test i would only be around 5 weeks pregnant when I got my negative test and took it on the night . I'm wondering if there's still a chance ??

Take it in the morning. Most women are to early at that time and can only get a positive with their first morning pee. Or go get a blood test done.
