23 weeks, and noticed my breasts lactating this morning! Is this normal? I assume that's just a good sign I may be able to Breast feed when the time comes? :)

Unfortunately early lactation isn't indicative of ability to breastfeed or supply of milk. It's completely normal though ☺

It's normal, some woke leak during pregnancy and some don't until the baby is born.
