I've been heavily bleeding all day (about 3 sanitary towels worth) been to hospital had scan baby fine, had examination And cervix is closed, have cramps too, could anyone know what it could of been? It's going a lot lighter now and cramps are wearing off but just wondered if anyone has had Similair symptoms i am 12 weeks and 2 days too xx
