Low self esteem 😔

I tell my husband all the time that I don't look or feel pregnant and I have such low self esteem..I already have stretch marks and I am not happy with my body but he reminds me that I'm pregnant and it's gonna happen but idk..i don't feel it I haven't felt my baby move and I'm almost 19 weeks..
