Am I carrying a balloon? Who else experienced this?

Since I found out I am pregnant I feel like there is a balloon in my lower abdomen that is about to pop any second, if I'm not careful. I sneezed this afternoon and the feeling was gone, but came back later. It is so weird. The feeling of a very full balloon about to pop any second.
