Is it safe than castor oil? Has anyone tried it

Using a laxative to induce is never 100% safe and you're not likely to do anything but give yourself the squirts. Do you really want to have explosive diarrhea while trying to push your kid out?

Don't risk hurting your baby to please your desire to go into labor . I've seen it cause major problems with the baby first hand . It's just not worth the risk! Hang in there mama your almost there

Maybe do a little more research than just asking glow, and/or talk to your doctor but I see no problem with drinking tea in an effort to start labor.
A REALLY effective way to start labor is to roll your nipples, almost like you're hand expressing milk, though the goal isn't actually to express milk- it's to release oxytocin. Oxytocin is the hormone that sends you into labor; stimulating nipples, masturbation, sex, even a good foot rub all releases oxytocin. If your body truly is ready to go into labor, a good dose of oxytocin will definitely get it going.

I used castor oil with my first and everything was fine. Went in to labor 6 hours after and did not have the shits during labor lol. The tea is natural and is bound to be easier on you than the castor oil.
