38 weeks nervous and anxious...ideas?
I'm 38 weeks today and have had a pretty much unpleasant pregnancy. I love my baby and cannot wait to meet her but I haven't enjoyed pregnancy one bit. Tons of pain, developed anxiety, wasn't able to workout which is my outlet, I live 7 hours from any family, and my husband and I work opposite schedules so I feel lonely quite regularly. I've finally made it to 38 weeks but on top of being uncomfortable and anxious, I find myself getting so annoyed. I'm feeling angry that she isn't here yet, despite the fact that I haven't even hit my due date. I still work 6 days per week but only for a max of 4 hours per evening. I'm even losing interest in that. Does anyone have any suggestions of how they dealt with this or fun/interesting ways to help the time pass? I hope I don't sound like a terrible mother!
