Anyone have a two vessel cord?

I'm about to be 24 weeks and my daughter has a two vessel cord. If worries me so much. I go back to my perinatologist at 26 weeks to see if he wants to see me every week or every other week depending on her growth. We have ruled out all the abnormalities that could come with having a two vessel cord and he says that since she's measuring almost two weeks behind that she is going to be tiny. If she stops growing then anywhere between 30-34 weeks they are going to induce me because he believes she will do better growing outside of the womb. Coming before 35 weeks almost guarentees that she will be in the nicu. I don't want to see her like that but if it's what's best for her then I have to accept it. I'm hoping she can wait until 35 weeks. My youngest son came on his own at 35 weeks and some days, weighed 5lbs, and didn't do any nicu time. We just stayed an extra day for observation. (He had a small placenta abruption at 6 months gestation and had been trying to come ever since and they finally decided to let him come on his own.)praying that both our babies are strong and will grow despite the odds!! :)

Hey my son had a two umbilical cord blood vessels and he ended up being fine! I went full time at 39 weeks but by c-section. Not cause of concerns to him but cause he was breeched. He was healthy 6lbs 14 ounces and now he almost 6 months!

My baby does. I'm 22w6d and so far, he is measuring completely normal. I get seen every 2 weeks anyway due to other high risk issues, so they are keeping a close eye. I was freaked out the first week I was told, but all I can do is make sure I'm eating well, to get him the nutrients he needs and try not to stress. Easier said than done though!
