Hey! So I'm living with my fiancé and we are both on the extremely kinky side. A lot of people who have a little side already have a part of their personality that comes out.  It's not really picking a little to be, but more like letting your inner child out, if that makes sense.  Like for me, my little side comes out when I feel playful and I don't need to act like an adult lol.  Like I have plates and cups for dinner and coloring books and stuffies but I only use them when I'm in "little mode".  Also it's not really a sexual thing at all for a lot of people, in regards to the kink aspect.  But you do you, there's really not a wrong way to do it.
