Red dots during pregnancy?

Im 7 weeks an not sure if this is normal? 
Anyone? 
They dont seem like bites or anything they just came..

My sister got ones similar to these all over her body during pregnancy and her doctor told her that they're cherry angioma spots. Completely harmless but they sure are annoying because they never went away for her. I've got little ones that are starting to pop up as well, two being on my forehead. They've only just started since getting pregnant so I'm going to check with my doctor next week to make sure that they're nothing to worry about (in the event that it's not the same thing). I'd advise you to do the same. :)

I'd go make a doctors appointment to make sure it's not your body reacting to the pregnancy

Looks like a mild allergic reaction to me. I've had something similar.
