Line progression? Someone plz help..

Today I am 17 DPO and I am freaking out a bit.. I got my first round of bloods  one on Monday 15 DPO, the morning after my BFP! My levels only came back at 24 and was told that was low. My doctor says I should be 5 weeks, but taking into consideration all details of my cycle, I don't think I'm that far along. Please tell me what you think. I'm scared to death, this is my rainbow baby!

Your lines look good, there's a clear difference from 14-17dpo. The Dr can't say your hcg is low unless he knows for a fact when you ovulated. Do you know? Have you been tracking bbt? Or are you just going from lmp? That's where your Dr gets "you should be 5 weeks from". They should be doing a repeat blood test to see if the levels are rising appropriately as that says more than what the number itself is. I'd say you aren't quite as far along as 14-17 dpo?

My hcg at my first appt was 22 at 11dpo & they rechecked my blood to make sure it was rising.
11dpo =22
13dpo=71
17dpo =502

I am now 15w & everything is great. A low # doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong...the hcg has to start somewhere.

I got my faint bfp so went and had blood work and HCG was only 12! It actually showed up on a first response, crazy! Rose to 57 in 2 days, then 478 a few days later, then 3 days after that (today) it's at 3222. So maybe you ovulated later and caught it early! That's what we're guessing with me. My dr won't even guess at my due date until I have my first scan, which will hopefully be end of next week or early the following week. Good luck!! I think you just found out early and you're good!!

I don't know why your doctor would say your 5 weeks at 17 days post o.  14 days is "typical" though everyone's different.  Your more likely 3 1/2 -4 weeks along. Depending on your cycle.  And in that case your tests are fine and yes its a BFP.  I tested at 14 day got a positive went to my doctor because of bleeding about a week later and I was only 3w5d along and there was nothing to see.

I think you have great line progression hun. Try not to worry as long as the line is getting darker. Did your doctor order you another blood draw?
