I think I was 34 weeks when we went.

I was 26 weeks. I'd say go 8 weeks before due date. I was scheduled to be induced at 34 weeks so I had to tour the NICU and milk bank.

I went at like 27 weeks or something like that but everyone else was 30 weeks + when I went. Honestly whenever you feel the need to. There isn't an age limit.
