Could I be??

I am 5 days late. We had sex about a week and a half before I was suppose to start and I've been battling a pretty bad UTI so I have been using the bathroom frequently. I also had knee surgery right after I finished my period last. I took a test yesterday and it came out negative, could I actually be pregnant or could the uti and all the meds from my surgery have messed with my start date?
