Rest after amnio
Had an amnio Tuesday morning, was thinking to go back to work tomorrow morning - unfortunately, I have to climb 5 flights of stairs to my classroom, 125 steps total. Didn't really think much about it since I'm so used to them, but now I'm paranoid....would love to hear everyone else's experience
