I have no f**king breastmilk and its day three.. baby is hungry 😢😢
Idk what to do its super hot outside hes going to get dehydrated and I have been doing feeds every two hours and pumping and hand expressing and nothing is coming out.. hes so hungry and frustrated and sweaty :(
Update went to a consultant in the hospital 😀 supplementing till milk comes in..
