Missed miscarriage

Went to my first OBGYN appointment excited to find out how far I was in my pregnancy since I have irregular cycles, longer. Well went in for ultrasound thought to be around 9-11 weeks so far, but started to notice 1 wee ago my symptoms weren't strong anymore and wasn't showing a bump. So back to the ultrasound, there was an irregular sac and measuring at 6 weeks 3 days. I was so devastated to see no baby. My fiance was shock because of how strong my symptoms were before and haven't had any signs of miscarriage.. blood was taken to see hcg levels if it's rising or decreasing. Well see next week. 1st pregnancy was a miscarriage at 5 weeks, 2nd pregnancy was a healthy baby boy now 4, and this one a missed miscarriage for sure it seems as another little angel has gone to heaven with God.
