Does anyone use stool softener to help with being constipated?? I've got to find something that helps. Thank you in advance. Also would love to know if I can take excedrin for headaches.??

Colace is safe during your entire pregnancy! But if you need quick relief, milk of magnesia is ok on occasion as well. I've used both 🙈😂

I literally can feel the tube of poop on my abdomen up by my ribs.  This is horrible.

I've been drinking yakult every morning and it helps. Also try prune juice or ripe papaya.
