ease pregnancy constipation?

I'd prefer not to take laxatives, are they're any home remedies for pregnancy constipation? this is the worse it's been and I'm only 5 weeks pregnant.

I'm trying all the different fruits that supposedly help. Apples, apple juice, prune juice, etc. Hoping something helps.

Drink a mug of hot water and eat coconut oil. You can mix a tablespoon of coconut oil with peanut butter or Nutella and it's not too nauseating.
