Sub chorionic Hemmorage sencond trimester... Help

I had extreme pain episodes starting 20 weeks on my left side. Went to my one midwife she dismissed me. 21 weeks I could barely walk in the grocery store I had such severe pain. Then I started spotting. Went in to the doctor my other midwife set up an ultrasound. Here I have a sub chorionic hem and I was put on pelvic rest until June 1 where it will be checked again. She told me not to worry too much. However I am reading all these post and they happened earlier in pregnancy. Should I be worried I am this far along having one??? Help
