Breast milk made my son's worse, just fyi, it doesn't work for everyone. I just started wiping my son's face with a warm wet washcloth a few times a day and let it alone otherwise. And I let the head skin flaking do its own thing and it's almost gone

My son had that too(the redness and bumps) but I've been bathing him in Rosa de Castilla water and it's completely gone. You can buy a bag of it at any Mexican market, boil a pot of water and drop a few petals in or make a teabag with a coffee filter and sewing string. Let it steep and cool down enough for a bath. You can dilute it with more water for a bath, but first wet a cotton swab with the full strength stuff to wipe baby's face. It should help calm the redness down and eventually make the bumps disappear.

If you at BF breastmilk has worked wonders for us we use it for diaper rash baby acne( I have even used it for my acne) cradle cap... Breastmilk is like a cure all lol

Heat rash!  My baby had the same thing. Doc prescribed some steroid cream and it cleared up in a week

This is definitely heat rash, my baby had it really bad, I patted bepanthen nappy cream all over her face and reapplied when it dries out, next day it was gone 😊 I would say try a nappy rash cream, works wonders

I used a brush on my sons hair every night before bed, also shampooed it more several times more than I would have. It spread down to his face and neck (brows and cheeks mainly). My pediatrician suggested hydrocortisone 1% (look for this ingredient). We went to the doctor on Friday and it's all cleared up already.
