I removed my implanon mid December

I removed my implanon mid December! When I got pregnant with my first I swear it happened the day I stopped BC. I never knew what waiting was. Impatient mama. 5 months later my BFP is here! I watched every cycle, every pd, and the months seemed so much longer. This may I decided not to track my sex, or my pd, or my ovulation days. I just did My BD when I wanted. My pd was due today but I was in an unreasonably good mood and thought this pd is no where in sight so I test and here it is BFP!!!! No real symptoms other than being more tired and a lil car sick. What made me really think I was, was how dry my eyes are! My eyes cannot stand contacts during pregnancy. Going to break the news to my husband Father's Day.
