Neti pot

So I just used a neti pot for the first time ever (the teapot you use to rinse out your sinuses) and omg I was so skeptical but now I'm hooked! That was the best thing I've ever used! I've been congested all day and so much sinus pressure and now just wow instantly 100% better! Just thought I would share since there seems to be a cold going around! $14 at Walmart and comes with 50 packets of solution! 😁
