Which spelling do you like better? My family has used the spelling "Cecelia" but my husband says he prefers "Cecilia" I have reasons I like each spelling. I like Cecelia because it's a family name/spelling, I also like that it makes the nickname "cece" or "Celia" (however my husband thinks the nickname is spelled cici" I feel like Cecilia looks more correct but I also don't like that it ends in "cilia" and that reminds me of biology class. The middle name is going to be "Rose"  Apparently "Cecelia" was more popular in the 20th century and Cecilia is more popular now so each is techniqually correct.
