Lower tummy pain

So I went for my 3D ultrasound and baby didn't want to move she was super comfy on my left lower side of the stomach. I had just emptied my bladder so the technician said I gave the baby more room to move that's why she was not cooperating, anyways she was rubbing my belly and told me to stand up so she shook my stomach not hard but something I wouldn't do cause I'm sensitive what comes around my belly lol I'm very careful. And also had me go on all 4's and damn she was a little rough giving me a massage but idk it was a little uncomfortable I didn't say anything cause well I think she knows what she's doing. Anyways after the appt later that day omg my lower stomach started hurting it hurt to walk and still this morning and now at 5:55 pm still hurts.. She's been moving still, but still this pain! Am I bruised? Or should I go in?  Btw I'm 29 weeks 2days pregnant
