Is labor starting?

I am 37+4 I'm having a csection on June 8th. All day today I have been really sick to my stomach feeling like I need to throw up, I have also Been having more bowl movement's today then normal and they have all been soft. Been having a bad head ach all day as well. No contractions or pain baby is moving fine is this a sign of early labor? Been drinking lots of fluids. Should I call the dr and see if I should be seen?
