Looking fat instead of pregnant???

15w6d and l am so much bigger right now, but not because of a beautiful baby bump, but because it looks like if l had gained tons of weight (and l am pretty sure l have). My baby bump looks like an enormous belly roll, my clothes don't fit anymore and most of the time l feel depressed instead of feeling happy when l look myself at the mirror and that makes me feel like a terrible mom.
