Horrible neighbors!!!

I'm miserable already at 32 weeks pregnant with twins and all I wanted to do was nap which I could be doing except we have horrible new neighbors! Our area is a very quiet, residential neighborhood with professional people. Everyone says hi to each other but we love how quiet and peaceful it is. Well these new people moved in and it's been crazy!!! They are four houses away and my living room floor is vibrating because of their loud Spanish music/singing. They must be hooked to an amp for us to feel it in our home being they are houses away! Besides today they are outside yelling at their kids which we can hear when we are inside our house!!! I get that it's a holiday weekend but to not have respect for your neighbors says a lot about their lack of class. It's also past the noise ordinance rules of our county which clearly they don't care about. I'm thinking that we should call the police if it continues even later into the night. If we don't I'm sure another one of our neighbors will. This is out of control! I wish they never moved in:(. Now I'm going to have to worry about loud, ignorant neighbors while having two babies!!! Ughhhh
